Utilizing SLS’ proprietary high-output HF ribbon transducer technology, the cost-effective CPA7600 provides corporate rental houses and system integrators with a new high-fidelity, broad-bandwidth, compact array option.

The CPA7600 utilizes SLS’ Co-Planar symmetrical driver arrangement, enhancing horizontal coverage consistency.  The CPA7600 is a bi-amped three-way system, utilizing a dual-6.5” low-frequency section, with the mid-frequency/high-frequency section being addressed with a single 6.5” transducer and SLS’ PRD500 HF ribbon. The system provides exceptional sonic accuracy, frequency extension, dynamic range, and transparency.

Each section of the bi-amped system presents a nominal 16Ω load to the amplifier, lowering the total cost of the system.  In addition, the rigging frame is designed to attach to SLS’ SP1000/SP2000 -series dual-18” subwoofers, providing a stable base for ground-stacked applications using the optional CPA7600RF-SA kit.

  • Use our free LASS (Line Array Simulator Software) to calculate coverage angles and number of units needed for your particular application.

  • Standard version uses NL4 inputs, "I" versions utilize barrier strip inputs.

  • Ribbon High Frequency Driver
    Ribbons make the best line arrays because they are a line source in and of themselves. The precise ribbon acoustic coupling allows for exceptionally consistent sound field coverage
    in the vertical plane.
     
  • Co-Planar Driver Arrangement -
    Ribbons by their nature are shallow drivers which allows us to easily mount them in front of woofers or midranges. Utilization of acoustic EQ and filtering in addition to a conventional crossover provides for a higher dynamic range and significant upper mid-band distortion reduction in comparison to conventional direct radiating designs. It also produces a compact, coherent and integrated sound source with symmetrical pattern control
